The Q Strategies team worked with Burnside to announce the $25 million mixed-use development on the Southside in April 2020. Over the last year, the project took shape, and the Q team also marketed the June 2021 preview party, writing press materials, and gaining media attention for the Burnside Neighborhood as the apartments officially opened.
