Local architecture firms merge

Chattanooga architecture firms Palmer Built Environments and Cogent Studio are merging to bring complementary services to the local market.
Thomas Palmer of Palmer Built Environments has been growing his business for about eight years, and he's joining forces with Wayne Williams and Trey Wheeler of Cogent Studio.
Palmer Built Environments is merging with Cogent Studio to create a team of eight.
The three went to college at Auburn University together, and Wheeler said he and Williams have watched Palmer's work in the years since.
Their paths crossed again recently, and they found they had a shared vision for collaboration.
